Peter started his travel career in Ibiza, holding a number of management positions across Europe for the likes of Sovereign, which later re-branded as First Choice. During his years in travel Peter has developed a passion for helping customers and loves creating a dream holiday for those who seek his help. Due to an ongoing love-affair with Portugal and Spain, having lived there and learned the language, his knowledge of the area is unsurpassed.
With 42 years of travel experience to her name, Ann offers a level of expertise in sales and customer service, which comes highly recommended by her loyal customers. Having worked in senior management positions across retail and business travel sectors, her expertise and love for the job with its everyday challenges make her a highly valued member of the team.
Roseanna joined Sun-hat Villas in 2017 and has 10 years’ experience in the travel industry, having started her career with Co-op travel. Possessing an innate ability to understand what people want from a holiday, she is able to introduce them to the perfect property and location. And, having worked at the likes of Inspired Luxury Escapes, Roseanna knows that it’s the attention to detail that goes a long way to making someone’s holiday really special. So don’t forget to ask about those extras, such as golf and tennis, private chef recommendations, table tennis and private boat charters.
Adam is happiest when he is assisting people and joined Sun-hat Villas from Happy Car Rental in 2020, he is experienced in both Mallorca and The Algarve having holidayed regularly in both from a young age. After graduating Adam took a position with an accountancy firm before realising his real passion was travel and tourism when he joined Thomas Cook in Cala D’or Mallorca, before returning to the UK to settle down. Hobbies include the gym, boxing, kitchen creations, and some fair weather golf!
Lily-May is real people person and has a deep passion for travel having enjoyed a number of foreign holidays in Europe and the USA, so having graduated in History and German it was natural for her to follow her heart and commence her career in travel with Sun-hat Villas, after working in retail and the NHS, where she excels in looking after customers and their pre-travel needs.
Working in the luxury family holiday industry since 1999 for Virgin Holidays and then Thomas Cook, Rob brings a wealth of experience to the team. Using his expertise and product knowledge, he loves to source the very best quality and value-for-money villas that are perfect for Sun-hat’s clients. Many of these properties are exclusive to Sun-hat Villas & Resorts.
Tourism is a passion for Sam. Having studied tourism at university in Portugal, she then spent 12 years working in the industry. This included customer-facing roles at Faro airport, where she realised her talent at interacting with others. With a passion for meeting people and a wealth of experience in the holiday sector, she is a well-respected member of the Sun-hat in-resort representative team.
Originally from the West Midlands Charlotte (Charlie) knew at a young age she wanted to travel so started her career with Tour Operator Cosmos holidays. When, an opportunity to move upmarket to specialist tour operator Page & Moy came up Charlie embraced it. Until in 1989 a career move to the Algarve and one of the leading Property Management companies in Vale do Lobo proved irresistible, here Charlie ran the rentals department and was the key liaison person with all property owners. In 2016 Charlie joined the Sun-hat team where her focus is delighting customers, product management and ensuring the smoothest of operations.
Camilla is originally from Buckinghamshire and has been residing in the Algarve for the best part of 14 years and has extensive knowledge of the region. Camilla enjoys connecting with new people and passing on her knowledge of the wonderful restaurants, the hidden treasures and the fabulous things to do in the beautiful Algarve.
Since joining the team in 2013, Lucian has looked after Sun-hat Villas & Resorts customers every summer season. As an experienced and dedicated member of the in-resort representative team, he is well-versed in assisting clients and helping in making their dream holiday become a reality. Fortunately, Lucian also has a degree in Computer Science Engineering, and is always on hand to help our customers with any questions of a more technical nature. Very handy...
Patricia is a real people person and really loves meeting and looking after our guests in the Gale, Vale da Parra and Carvoeiro areas of the Algarve. She has spent most of her life in Carvoeiro, so you can imagine, Patricia has a vast wealth of knowledge about the area which she is always happy to share. If you are holidaying in Patricias area with Sun-hat Villas she will pass by your villa to welcome you soon after you arrive.
Canadian-born Dave moved to the UK in the 1970s. Joining Sun-hat Villas as Finance Director in 2004, he has taken control of all the company’s accounting functions and all financial transactions, which he combines with his love of the travel industry.
Mia is a real Italiaphile, and when she isn't enjoying travel to Italy, she is busy making sure that the company's accounts are up to date. Mia loves travelling Europe and walking, and her career in accounting has taken her to many interesting places and companies, including the aviation giant Boeing which took her to the U.S. and a six year stint in France.
With many years of network support and web programming under his belt, Richard’s role at Sun-hat now includes development of the in-house reservation system, the web-site and ensuring all systems run smoothly for the team and its customers.
Having worked as an in-house designer, and as part of a creative agency, Dan is set to tackle any design challenge he is faced with. Possessing a natural creative flair, an aptitude for problem-solving and excellent communication skills makes him a valuable member of the Sun-Hat Villas team. The fact that he loves travel too is obviously a bonus!
Freddie joined Sun-hat Villas as an apprentice in 2009 and likes to get involved in as much as he can. This often sees him on photographic shoots, maintaining the picture library and even managing the company’s database.
On completing her degree in marketing and fashion, Lynne held positions with MTV and EMI before leaving to run her own marketing business. When she sold this in 2009 Lynne moved to Sun-hat where her marketing skills became a real asset to the business.
