The spacious property can comfortably accommodate up to twelve people over three levels, and in addition to the grand staircases there is also an interior elevator between floors. There is air conditioning throughout and pool heating is available.
This property opens into a grand entrance hall with an impressive sweeping marble and wrought iron staircase and a guest cloakroom. Glass panelling to the lounge lends the ground floor an incredibly fresh and expansive feeling. The marble and tiled floors keep this villa cool, but for extra comfort during the warm summer months the villa is fully fitted with air conditioning, which guests can use for an additional charge. The spacious sitting room is elegantly furnished and has patio doors leading to extensive terraces and the garden area. There is a separate, cosy television lounge with cable TV. The fully fitted kitchen is bright and spacious and is equipped with all modern conveniences, granite work surfaces and a breakfast room. There is also a mirrored dining room for more formal meals.
The lower ground floor offers more opportunities for relaxing and playing: a games room with a snooker table and cable TV, a gym for the more energetic guests and a sauna, which is available for guests to use at supplemental charge. There is also a den-style twin bedroom with no windows and an en-suite shower room on this floor, which would be particularly suitable for teenagers, given the proximity to the games room.
Sleeping accommodation continues on the ground floor, where a double room with adjacent bathroom and a twin room with en-suite bathroom are situated. Ascending to the first floor you will find the extensive master bedroom suite featuring a private bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower room, dressing room, TV and large terrace overlooking the Ria Formosa and the ocean. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms, which benefit from en-suite bathrooms and patio doors leading to a balcony.
The garden area surrounding the villa is a stunning space to spend time outdoors in, particularly during the warm summer months. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and the swimming pool, measuring approximately 15m x 8m, can be heated for a supplemental charge if required. The private terraces are the perfect spot to cook on the gas barbeque and dine al fresco, whilst taking in the magnificent views of the landscaped garden and the Ria Formosa.
