Living Areas
Access to this property is via electric iron gates, opening onto a cobbled driveway. The grand portico gives entrance to a beautiful marble foyer with a sweeping double staircase. The décor of this property is immediately established in the entrance hallway; grandeur, opulence and attention to detail are thoughtfully addressed at every opportunity. The hallway leads to the light and airy contemporary lounge and dining area which has a wall mounted 46 inch LCD television with a full Sky package, including sports and films. The lounge also features a DVD and music system with an iPod docking station. Patio doors open out onto the terrace. The villa boasts a fully equipped open-plan Siematic kitchen with all the modern conveniences you would expect in a villa of this quality. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor amenities.
The lower ground level is packed with entertainment treats. There is a games room with an 8 x 4 ft pool table and table tennis, a home cinema room with wall mounted 50 inch LCD screen, surround sound and modern luxury leather seating and a gym area with sauna, and shower room which can be used by guests for a supplemental charge. The lower ground floor is also the location of a laundry room, storage cupboard and large garage. The villa has the latest climate control system installed in all rooms. The under-floor system creates a cool and pleasant environment inside the villa and there are air conditioning units as a back up. The system operates in the same way to provide warmth to the villa in the winter months and throughout the year this is available to guests at no extra charge.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The sleeping accommodation is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two of the en-suite bedrooms. Both of the rooms have twin beds and en-suite facilities that include a bath and separate walk in shower; one room faces the garden and the other, with a dressing area, has direct access to the pool terrace and garden. On the first floor there are two further en-suite bedrooms. One has a super-king size double bed (1.8m wide) the other has a king-size bed. Both rooms have built-in, solid oak wardrobes and have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and the 18th hole of the Royal Golf course. The master bedroom also benefits from a small safe situated in the wardrobe.
Outside Space
Patio doors open onto the terrace which is complete with furniture and overlooks the landscaped gardens, mature trees and shrubs, and the poolside patio. The swimming pool, measuring 10m x 5m is filled with ecologically friendly saline water which is kinder to the skin and eyes than traditional chlorine. The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge. There is also plenty of dining furniture and a gas barbeque for eating outdoors on warmer occasions.
