This three bedroom villa situated in the Portuguese countryside area of Lombos, Carvoeiro is perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat.

The villa is built on a large plot of land with views from the terrace over the Portuguese countryside; entrance onto the cobbled driveway is via large iron gates.

Living Areas

The communal living space on the ground floor comprises of an open-plan lounge/dining room with satellite TV and an open fireplace, making this villa an ideal retreat at any time of the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee-maker.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The villa itself is cool and light with sleeping accommodation spread across two floors: one double bedroom is situated on the ground floor and a further double and twin bedroom can be found on the upper floor. There are two separate bathrooms to serve these bedrooms.

Outside Space

Patio doors from the lounge lead to a covered terrace, an ideal spot to enjoy food cooked on the integrated barbeque during the warm weather. Steps from this terrace area lead down to a large private pool with Roman style steps and generous sunbathing area.

Location

The villa lies close to Poppy’s restaurant and is only a short drive from Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha, one of the Algarve’s most scenic beaches, hidden amongst red-stone rock, which is typical to the Algarve coastline.
