Villa Natasha is a very smart 4 bedroom - all en suite – detached property set in large grounds in a quiet road accessed by electric gates. This property is a recent addition to our portfolio and has proven to be a very popular choice – it includes satellite TV with full package – films and sports. Wireless Broadband available at no charge.
The property is designed over two levels and provides a very high standard of accommodation, the villa is air conditioned throughout, and the pool is heated (supplements are payable for these extras if you need them). There is also Table Tennis table for your enjoyment.
Living Areas
The L shaped lounge diner is at the far end of the villa and is stylishly furnished with high quality furnishings in cool brown leather and modern wood; and includes a satellite TV system with full satellite package including films and sports, 42 inch plasma flat screen TV, DVD player, and music centre. Step through the patio doors to a balcony which leads to a delightful outside seating and relaxing area – ideal for drinks before dinner.
The kitchen is large, modern and well equipped with American style fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee maker etc and a separate laundry area with washing machine and clothes dryer. A breakfast bar is a great addition.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom accommodation is over two levels and consists of one master double and one twin bedroom on the upper level both with en suite bathrooms. On the lower level (pool side) there are two further twin bedrooms both with en suite – one with a bath/shower and the other with a shower.
Outside Space
There are in door steps down to the poolside (these have child protection gates for young children) At the Poolside (although not shown in the photography) there is a large glass poolside table and chairs for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is a generous size and measures 9M x 5M tapering at one end, there is a pool cover and pool heating is available at a supplemental cost. The sunbathing area offer plenty of space to spread out, and the poolside furniture is all high quality.
Location
Just a short walk from the fabulous beach and restaurants and cafes of the fashionable Praca.

The rates include a maid cleaning service, bathroom towels, bedroom linen and poolside towels.
A child friendly property with Cot, highchair, bed guard and stairgates, baby bath, buggy, pram playpen etc etc available at no extra charge. There are also 2 other full size cots in the property available for a supplemental charge.
This is a no smoking villa.
The maximum occupancy of adults and children over two years is eight. Two cots may be added in addition to this.
