Overview
Villa Tulipa is a very smart apartment with private Jacuzzi, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (and an extra bedroom downstairs) situated in a quiet area of Vale do Lobo.
Living Areas
From the main entrance door steps lead down into the comfortable living and dining area with fireplace satelite TV, playstation and DVD player. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, toaster and juicer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is on the same level; the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a kingsize double bed, satellite TV and direct access via patio doors to the sun terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds (which can be made up as a double) with a shower-room.
There is a third bedroom available if six people are occupying the apartment, it is situated on the lower level there is an extra charge of £200 per week. It is a converted basement room fitted with airconditioning, this room consists of twin beds (can be made up as a double or single beds).
Outside Space
The property benefits from a west facing position ensuring the terraces enjoy plenty of sunshine - here you can relax in the private Jacuzzi.
Location
Close to the Tennis Academy, this property is within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants of the Praca.

Clients will have access to WiFi whilst renting this property, this is suitable for generel web browsing and emails but not for large downloads.
Sun-hat guests at this property benefit from the use of the swimming pool (see last two pictures) and discounted rates at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.
