On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
The spacious living room is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, DVD, and telephone. All properties in La Manga Club feature 'Club TV' which has lots of English satellite channels including sports. Patio doors lead to a lovely terrace with table, chairs and built in barbeque. From here you have views over the garden and pool, to the Mar Menor in the distance. Steps lead to a roof terrace with pergola and additional seating area, with great views. The villa has free WiFi for clients use.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor are the 4 double bedrooms, all with patio doors leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and additional walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has use of the separate full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is also located on the ground floor.
The separate dining area has a ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to a sun terrace. Steps lead from this terrace to the garden below.
