Overview
Villa Lantana 2 is a truly stunning five bedroom villa that is located in a very quiet location in Quinta do Lago, overlooking the 5th hole of the Quinta South golf course. This brand new, luxurious property is everything you would expect from a top of the range contemporary villa in Quinta do Lago.
The villa is protected by an alarm system, CCTV and electric entrance gates. The grand entrance to the villa is located on the upper level of the property, where there are three en-suite bedrooms and a staircase that leads down to the lower level of the villa, which is on the same level as the pool area. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and the villa has under floor heating throughout, broadband internet and the full Sky TV package. All bathrooms in this villa are complete with towel heaters.
Living Areas
The stairs lead down to the large split level living room. On a raised area of the room, the large flat screen television, complete with a surround sound system and DVD player, can be enjoyed on the comfy sofas. The living room is air conditioned and double patio doors lead to the poolside terrace. A corridor leading from the living room takes you to bedrooms four and five, and a doorway on the other side of the living room takes you to the dining room.
Next door to the dining room is the air conditioned kitchen, which includes the following- fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs and oven positioned on the central kitchen island, extractor fan and coffee machine. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom One on the upper level is a twin bedroom that can also be made up as a double room. The room has a flat screen television. The en-suite bathroom has a shower unit.
Master bedroom two is double room with a spacious walk-in wardrobe. The room has a flat screen television and access to the private upper floor terrace which provides lovely views of the swimming pool and the golf course beyond. The en-suite bathroom has a large centrally positioned bath and a separate shower unit fitted with a hydro-massage shower.
Bedroom Three is a twin bedroom with a flat screen television, an en-suite shower room and a private balcony.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with two wash basins and a full sized bath with shower over. Bedroom five is a double room complete with a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.
Outside Space
A door leading from the kitchen takes you outside to the outdoor dining area where there is a gas BBQ and a large dining table and chairs. The adjacent swimming pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres and features a raised children’s pool which is joined to the main pool via a short slide. Pool heating is available for an extra weekly charge and needs to be booked in advance. The garden area of the villa surrounds the poolside terrace and has lovely views of the neighbouring golf course.
On the basement level of the villa there is a large games room, which has a pool table, table tennis table and a table football machine.
Location
The Buganvilia Plaza shopping centre is just a short drive or a fifteen minute walk away.

The price includes maid service five times a week except weekends and bank holidays.
