Overview
Casa do Ingles is a charming and welcoming country house located in Malhao, near Boliqueime. The interiors of this well appointed property are stylish and comfortable, resulting in a beautifully presented house. An attractive pool area, complete with heated children’s pool, are surrounded by private and quiet gardens which make this four bedroom house an ideal retreat for families and friends. This property rents as a 3 or 4 bedroom villa depending on how many occupants.
The property is protected by wrought iron entrance gates and there is a garage with space for one car and additional parking space for two more cars. The property has central heating throughout and air conditioning in the rooms that require it. The entrance to the villa is on the ground floor, where the majority of the house’s rooms are located, namely the kitchen; dining room; living room; sitting room; bedrooms one and two and shower room. Upstairs the master bedroom can be found, and outside the exterior suite is accessed from the garden.
Living Areas
The air conditioned living room has a television with satellite channels, CD player and Playstation console, and doors lead to the spacious covered terrace.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for ten guests with a full range of top quality appliances including a microwave oven, American style fridge freezer and a dishwasher. A separate external utility room houses the washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom One on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two, ideal for children, has a single bed and a pull out bed. Bedroom two utilises the nearby ground floor shower room. Upstairs, bedroom three is the master double bedroom and features air conditioning, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit and a spacious, private sun terrace that has views of the surrounding countryside.
Outside Space
Pleasant gardens surround the heated children’s pool and the main swimming pool, which measures 11 metres x 5 metres, and is 2 metres in depth at the deep end. The main pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge and this must be booked in advance.
Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking for all 2013 bookings.
Next to the poolside there is a spacious covered terrace with an in-built barbecue, dining table, table football and pool table.
Accessed from outside are the laundry room and the exterior self-contained suite, which is complete with air conditioning, television with satellite channels, kitchenette with fridge, bedroom with double bed and two single beds and en-suite shower room.
Location
The villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Malhao, 4kms outside of Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne a selection of local bars and restaurants can be found as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the closest beach at Falesia is 14 kms away, or a 20 minute drive. Close to the beach at Falesia are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d’Agua and Albufeira. The airport at Faro is 35kms from Casa do Ingles.
Other Items
Included in the price of the villa rental is maid service 6 days per week (except for Sundays) towel service 2 x weekly and bed linen 1 x weekly. Bookings of up to 6 guests pay the rate for smaller groups but do not have access to the exterior suite. Bookings for 7 or more guests pay the larger group rate and have access to the exterior suite. Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.

This villa allows up to 2 cots, 1 extra bed or 1 foldable bed in the main house.
The maximum duration of stay available at this villa is 14 nights.
Parties paying the rate for between 7-10 people will have access to the main house and the exterior suite.
