Vivenda Madeira is a top of the range, contemporary three bedroom linked villa with private pool that occupies a fantastic position overlooking the fairway of the 8th hole of the Vale de Lobo Ocean golf course. The stylish and modern interiors of the property are immaculate- and all fittings and furnishings are of a high standard. Featuring WI-FI Internet connection, a centralised air conditioning system and under-floor heating throughout.
Living Areas
The property is built on three floors. The entrance (ground) level consists of the open plan dining area and kitchen, the spacious living room and the guest cloakroom. The spacious living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen television with DVD player and satellite channels, including Sky Sports and a surround sound system. I-pods can be connected to the television and to the reclining chair! The living room affords lovely views of the pool and the golf course. The dining room, with table and chairs for 6, is open plan to the kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped. Appliances comprise of a fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, oven, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, hobs and extractor.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The first floor of the villa consists of bedrooms one and two, the shared bathroom and en suite bedroom three. Bedroom one is a double bedroom and bedroom two is a twin bedroom, and these two bedrooms utilise the shared bathroom with walk-in shower unit. Master bedroom three is a double room with an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a separate shower unit. Bedrooms two and three both have access to the first floor terrace, where the delightful golf views can be enjoyed. There are two hairdryers in the bedrooms and a safe in the master bedroom.
On the lower level of the house there is an additional shower room, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside Space
You can relax on the comfy chairs under the covered terrace, which is equipped with a gas BBQ, or soak up the sun on the sun loungers beside the pool, which measures approximately 9 metres by 3 metres, and is perfect for cooling off on those hot summer days.
