There is also a casino, five championship golf courses in the area and several good sandy beaches- all to be found within 3 kms. Having the advantage of a fenced pool makes this a great choice for families with children, and the tropical plants and perimeter hedges offer privacy to complete a delightful holiday escape.
Living Areas
An attractive modern interior has red tiled floors, a tasteful blend of warm tones with cream and wicker furniture and feature wrought iron doors that take you from the lounge to the dining area. There is a quality fitted and well equipped kitchen, and an added bonus of the house is the built-in sound system, the living room has satellite television and a DVD player and the five comfortable bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Features- the ground floor consists of 1 x twin bedroom with beds which are side to side due to one of the beds being a pull out drawer bed- these beds are suitable for children and this bedroom has an en suite bathroom; 1 x twin; 1 x double with en suite bathroom and 1 x double with en suite bathroom and access to the closed patio area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.
On the 1st floor of the house there is the master bedroom with king sized bed and an en suite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi and separate shower.
Outside Space
The informal and relaxing theme extends out to a fabulous exterior dining area that is perfect for taking shade from the sun and enjoying family meals or evening drinks. Having the advantage of a fenced pool makes this a great choice for families with children. The extensive lawn gardens flow on two levels where mature pine trees offer a welcome shade and there is also a play area with swings to delight the younger children. Tropical plants and perimeter hedges offer privacy to complete a delightful holiday escape.
There is a large swimming pool and exterior Jacuzzi pool. The swimming pool measures 12 metres x 5 metres. The villa stands on an impressive 4500 square metre plot.
