Downstairs:
This level gets plenty of natural light from the windows due to the specific way that the villa was built and designed. There is a large cinema room with pool table and bar; a gym with 3 pieces of equipment; a steam room next to a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with tumble dryer and washing machines.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom no.1 on the garden level also has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower suitable for a wheelchair too.
The garden level left wing houses bedrooms 2 to 4 and master bedroom no.5. Bedrooms 2 to 4 have double beds, walk-in wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with separate shower + w.c. The master bedroom overlooks the side garden. The air conditioning for cooling and heating is commanded by individual remotes in each division.
On the left wing of the lower level there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the other with twin beds, all with wardrobes. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk in shower with a shower on each side, suitable for two adults. There is also the nearby shower room next to the steam room. On the right wing of the lower level there is another bedroom with twin beds, suitable perhaps for staff or for a nanny, with a full bathroom and area with table and chairs. Once again there are air conditioning split units in each division.

Outside, the swimming pool measures 12 metres x 6 metres and has an overflow facing the golf course.

Clients booking the 9 bedroom rate also have access to the additional lower level 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
