All 23 light and airy Family Townhouse Suites with Garden view are located in the Serecena wing of the Resort on a ground floor level with direct access to the beautifully landscaped gardens. Overall décor transmits a Mediterranean feel combining light shades with vivid colours (orange, red, blue, camel or green).
Each marvellously spacious Family Townhouse Suite consists of one bedroom (twin beds) and one living room with dining area, sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV with LCD screen, Dolby surround and DVD player. Features also include direct dial telephone, air conditioning, electronic safe and internet access. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with quality appliances, such as washing machine/ dryer, dish washer, microwave, vitroceramic cooking plate, oven, kettle and coffee maker.
The fully equipped bathroom features only the finest sanitary ware and offers a bath tub, sink, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and amenities. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for more comfort.
From the terrace one has outstanding views over the surrounding hills, adjacent golf course and/or the beautifully landscaped gardens of the Resort.
The Family Townhouse Suite Garden view sleeps maximum 3 persons (3rd person on sofa bed) or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age sharing a sofa bed, a daily supplemental charge applies for the extra child. Rates include breakfast, providing it is taken at the main restaurant. Guest check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m.

Vale d’Oliveiras Quinta Resort & Spa is an ideal destination for families with children. Due to the spacious accommodation it offers in a secure and gated environment. The Olive Tree restaurant and the Jasmin Poolbar provide a special children’s menu, printed on the back of a coloring place mat. High chairs are also available. Apart from the outdoor children’s swimming pool, there is a choice of sports activities such as tennis (lessons), swim classes, canoeing tours, darts and table tennis. And let’s not forget about the outdoor playground, which is available to all children up to 12 years of age.
Furthermore, a babysitter can be organized, on request – subject to availability.
Within the vicinity of the Resort, there are also some attractions that one cannot miss as a family. Children Policy:
One infant is allowed (complimentary on BB, until 3 years old) when sharing the hotel (double/twin) room with 2 adults. Baby cots for infants (0 to 3 yrs) are subject to availability at no charge and must be requested at time of reservation (maximum capacity of the rooms includes infants). Infants up to 3 years old are free on the same board basis as the parents when having the meal at the same time. Discounted board supplements for children from 4 to 12 years old apply when having meals at same time as the parents.
Extra Person Policy
Supplement charges will apply for any extra child (4 to 12 yrs) staying in the Townhouse Suites (over and above base occupancy), using the sofa bed. The total number of people occupying the accommodation unit cannot exceed the maximum indicated occupancy.
Board Policy
Rooms are on a bed and breakfast basis. Guests have the option to book either half board (daily supplement applies) or full board (daily supplement applies). Half board and full board are based on 3-course set menus or buffet when available (Chef’s suggestion) and do not include drinks. Lunch and dinner can be taken at either The Olive Tree restaurant or Jasmin Pool bar (subject to outlet opening times and resort’s availability).
