Overview
Fonda 3 is a superb new villa built in a modern style with high quality modern décor throughout. This beautiful two-storey villa offers a variety of living spaces to relax in and enjoy the comfort and the natural light that the house offers. With a large swimming pool and only a short walk from the sandy beach, shops and restaurants of Cala Egos, this villa is the perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
Living Areas
The ground floor boasts a tastefully furnished living area that enjoys lots of natural light and sliding doors which open to the lovely pool area. The spacious, modern and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area has direct access to the covered terrace. There is also a shower room on this floor. Fonda 3 also offers air conditioning cold/warm throughout the villa.
Bedrooms
Two bright twin bedrooms, both with access to the terrace are on the ground floor. One has an en-suite shower-room. The first floor consists of a double master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large terrace with views of the sea and also a sunny twin bedroom with en-suite shower-room and access to a small sun terrace.
Outside Space
The spacious pool and garden area is the ideal spot to relax. There is a fully enclosed lawn and terracing around the large pool (11m x 5m) with sun beds. The exterior also offers a barbecue and a covered terrace with views of the pool and garden creating a great place to enjoy “al fresco” meals as well as somewhere to simply relax and read your favourite book.
Location
This villa is situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port, a part of Cala D'Or. The sandy beach of Cala Egos is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away as is the Cala Egos centre which offers shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The stylish marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is about 2.5 km away. Cala D’Or centre is within 5 minutes drive and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. The area also hosts several other several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming fishing village of Porto Petro is also just 5 minutes drive away.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price, any extra cot and highchairs required are available at a supplemental charge
Built-in Charcoal BBQ
Eroski supermarket open 09:00 - 20:30/21:00 and open on Sunday mornings in the summertime in the resorts of Cala D'or and Felanitx.
If there is a baby in the party, a cot and highchair shall be provided free of charge. If more are required they must be requested and paid for.
