Overview
This modern, bright and nice furnished villa is equipped with all the modern features and will satisfy all your holiday needs. It perfectly fits into the surrounding area with its Tunisian style. Situated in a quiet residential area in Sa Punta des Port in the Cala D’or area, the villa is only a 10 minute walk away from the sandy beach of Cala Egos and its centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafes and a 5 minute walk in the other direction takes you to Porto Petro where there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Living areas
The entrance door leads to a light living room with comfortable sofas and DVD, SAT-TV and CD player. Connected with this room is the dining room which leads to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is on the other side of the of the entrance and is equipped with modern features such as an electric hob and oven, huge fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The villa has a spacious terrace with views over the pool and garden as well as a ceiling terrace with views over the sea.
Bedrooms
Two twin bedrooms and a shared shower room are on the ground floor. The two other double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and ensuite shower room are on the first floor. Both the shower rooms and bathrooms are high quality and modern in style.
Outside Space
The dining room leads to the terrace with a nice and shady dining area, perfect for "al fresco" dining. Close by there is also a small relax area protected from the sun. The round pool measuring 9x5x2m has a shallow area where children can swim without danger. It is surrounded by a nice terrace with sun beds and a garden. There is also a brick-built barbecue, outside shower and kids toys.
Location
The rocky cove Cala Llamp is 500m away. The stylish marina of Cala D’Or with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is approximately 2 km away and Cala D’Or centre is within 3 minutes drive and offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs with live music and shops. It also boasts several lovely sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D’Or and Cala Esmeralda. The charming fishing village of Porto Petro where you can enjoy a nice walk by the pier with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is only 2 minutes drive.

Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
The first cot and highchair are included in the price, any extra cot and highchairs required are available at a supplemental charge
Built-in charcoal BBQ
Eroski supermarket open 09:00 - 20:30/21:00 and open on Sunday mornings in the summertime in the resorts of Cala D'or and Felanitx.
If there is a baby in the party, a cot and highchair shall be provided free of charge. If more are required they must be requested and paid for.
