Property Overview
Villa Gemini is an outstanding, recently completed four bedroom villa that is located just minutes away from the beach in Vale do Lobo. Brand new to the 2012 Sun-hat luxury villa portfolio, Villa Gemini is a glowing example of the latest contemporary luxury villas that are being built in this prestigious area. Features include a roof terrace Jacuzzi hot tub, wi-fi internet, home cinema room, electric shutters and a sophisticated cooling and heating system throughout. Due to the overall layout of the property and the design of the staircases we recommend that this property is not suitable for families with young children.
Living Areas
The main living room and kitchen of Villa Gemini are situated on the first floor of the property and are reached via a staircase next to the villa entrance. The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV shows cable channels, including Sky Sports. The living room is also complete with a DVD player and wi-fi internet connection, and a door takes you outside to a separate side terrace with sea views.
The kitchen is accessed from the living room via an unusual glass floor corridor. In keeping with the contemporary design of the house, the modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including an American style fridge freezer; oven and extractor; microwave; wine chiller; cafetiere; electric hobs and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen you will find a circular dining table and I-pod docking station.
On the lower level of the villa, alongside the cinema room, there is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Three of the villa's four bedrooms are located in a wing on the entrance level of the villa, which is the same level as the swimming pool and garden. Also on this level is situated a guest cloakroom. Bedroom one is a double room with double wardrobes; an en suite shower room and sliding patio doors leading to the poolside terrace.
Bedroom two is a double room with an en suite shower room and direct access to the poolside terrace. Bedroom three is the Master double room with doors to the poolside terrace; an en suite bathroom with bath, additional shower unit and dual wash basins; and a large separate dressing area.
Bedroom four of Villa Gemini is a twin bedroom located on the lower level of the property, close to the cinema room- and is therefore suitable perhaps for older children or teenagers. This bedroom has an en suite shower room.The bedroom does have some natural light.
Outside Space
In addition to the side terrace positioned off the living room, Villa Gemini has a further three outdoor areas to enjoy- an exterior dining terrace on the first floor next to the kitchen, complete with Weber gas BBQ; the second floor roof terrace, which affords a good degree of privacy and is complete with wood decking and a Jacuzzi hot tub; and the entrance level swimming pool and gardens.
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and is accompanied by lawn gardens and the poolside terrace, which is furnished with sun loungers. Next to the garden's resident orange tree a staircase leads up to the first floor dining terrace.
Location
Villa Gemini enjoys an enviable location within 10 minutes walk of nearby Julia’s beach, where you will find a selection of fine restaurants, bars and eateries. There are also further beach bars and restaurants in the nearby area.
