Casa Coco is a superb four bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool located within short walking distance of the main entrance to the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. With nice modern interiors and air conditioning throughout, which is included in the rate. Great for families with young children with a pool safety gate installed.

Spacious air conditioned kitchen, fully equipped with appliances including gas hobs, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and juicer. Separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor of the villa and the first floor is dedicated to the Master double en suite. Bedroom one on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room with patio doors leading to the shaded poolside terrace. This bedroom can be prepared as a double room upon request.
Bedrooms two and three on the ground floor share an adjacent shower room. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom that can be made as a double upon request and bedroom three is a double room.
The master double room on the 1st floor has a mini TV with freeview satellite channels and patio doors lead to a superb spacious private terrace with table and chairs, perfect for private relaxation. The master en suite has a bath and separate shower unit and a hairdryer.
Outside Space
Lovely private garden with swimming pool that measures approximately 7 metres x 11 metres. This pool can be heated for a weekly supplement. Poolside terrace with sunloungers. Shaded terrace with patio furniture and portable gas BBQ. Room for parking on the villa driveway.
Location
Within close walking distance of Casa Coco is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurnant, and the villa is also situated less than a 5 minute walk to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a supermarket during the Summer months and a bus stop for the Vale do Lobo shuttle service. The Praca and the beach are within easy driving distance.
