Villa Adelina is a lovely four bedroom villa with private pool that has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Split unit air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms which is included in the rental cost.
Living Areas
The entrance level to the villa is on the upper level of the property, where you will find the kitchen and open plan living and dining room. The living/ dining room features a flat screen TV with satellite freeview channels, a DVD player, CD player and log burning fireplace. Patio doors lead out to a delightful terrace overlooking the pool and gardens with dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, gas & electric hobs, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. There is a central island breakfast bar.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the upper entrance level; bedroom two is on the property's mid level, accessed via 4 steps and bedrooms three and four are on the lower pool level.
Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower room; bedroom two is a double room with an en suite shower room and double wardrobes. Bedrooms three and four are twin rooms with double wardrobes and doors to the poolside terrace, these two rooms share the adjacent bathroom.
Outside Space
Pleasant lawn gardens lead up to the raised pool area with kidney bean shaped swimming pool measuring approximately 9 x 4 metres and a poolside terrace with sunloungers. Portable BBQ.
Location
The Vale do Lobo reception and the tennis centre are within close proximity and the lively Praca and the beautiful beaches are also close by- a 15/20 minute stroll or a short drive.
