Overview
Casa Jorge is an ideally situated family villa, all on one floor, in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac located between Vale de Parra and Galé. Fully air conditioned with heatable pool (optional extra), table tennis and Wi-Fi internet connection. For larger groups, Villas Barros, Luis and Bitoque, also featured by Sun-hat, are all located in the same cul-de-sac!
Living Areas
Accommodation is all on the ground floor. Entrance hall leading to living room with satellite TV showing free to air channels including BBC & ITV; DVD player and patio doors leading to the pool area.
Kitchen/ diner with a/c, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer and microwave, doors leading to an outside eating area. Utility Room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Double Bedroom with a/c, en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath; Twin Bedroom with a/c and en suite shower room; Twin Bedroom with a/c and en suite shower room and Double Bedroom with a/c and en suite shower room. Additional guest cloakroom/WC.
Outside Space
Swimming Pool (9m x 4m) which can be heated as an optional extra with Roman steps, surrounded by terraces with sun beds, brick built BBQ, shower, garden mostly laid to lawn and shrubs. The salt water pool water is Biologically cleaned so is very pleasant to swim in, as only the absolute minimum of chemicals are used.
Location
The magnificent golden beaches at São Lourenço and Galé (1.2 Km) are very close by.
There are only seven villas in this quiet cul-de-sac. An excellent choice as a base for exploring all that this very special part of the Algarve has to offer.
The lively village of Guia, famous as the home of Chicken Piri-Piri is a short drive away with restaurants, bars, banks, bakery, mini market etc. Albufeira’s atmospheric old town with its very talented street musicians and many bars and restaurants is about a 10 minute drive away and is well worth a visit.
Algarve Shopping, with its cinemas and bowling alley, and much more, are close by. The must visit Zoo Marine with its aquatic life, dolphin show and 4D cinema is about a 10 minute drive away. Also within a short distance are the wonderful beaches at Evaristo, Castelo and Coelha. There is highly recommended hairdressing salon which offers aromatherapy, reflexology and massage next to the Villa’s management office which is just two minutes drive away.
Although car hire is not essential it is very much recommended. Nearest distances: Beach 900m, Restaurant 100 metres, Supermarket (recently voted the best in the Algarve!) 750ms, Golf 2kms, Albufeira Town & Marina 5kms.
Other Items
The villa has a an alarm and a safe and wi-fi internet. Baggage saving- every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is a hairdryer.
