Overview

Villa Marco is an end of row linked townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a heated private swimming pool (weekly supplement applies). With air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms.

Living Areas

Open plan living room and dining area with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Wall mounted TV with satellite freeview channels, DVD player and internet connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include an integrated fridge freezer, electric hobs and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower room situated on the ground floor. Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa- bedroom two is a double room with an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom three is a twin room with doors to the terrace overlooking the pool that uses the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

Outside, Villa Marco has a pleasant a private garden with heated swimming pool(pool heating not available July/Aug or Sept) and a terrace with patio furniture from which to enjoy meals cooked on the traditional BBQ.

Location

Located close to the Vale de Lobo golf club house and the entrance to the resort.
