Overview
Villa Quinta Verde is a luxury four bedroom villa located on the impressive Quinta Verde estate, a short drive away from the Quinta shopping complex and the entrance to the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. Clients staying at the villa are entitled to use the gymnasium at the Quinta Verde club house, where there is also wi-fi internet access and a spa and beauty salon.
The property benefits from electric shutters throughout, and air conditioning units in the living/ dining room and the bedrooms.
Living Areas
The entrance hall with alarm system leads to the spacious open plan living and dining room. Beautifully furnished, the living room is complete with a TV with freeview satellite channels, a DVD player and CD player. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
The kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully fitted, with appliances including an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one on the ground floor is a double bedroom; bedroom two on the ground floor is a twin bedroom with doors to the side terrace. These two bedrooms share the use of the ground floor bathroom. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedroom three on the first floor is a double room with an en suite bathroom with separate shower unit; bedroom four is the master suite complete with double bed, a separate dressing area and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Bedrooms three and four share the use of a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.
Outside Space
Covered terrace with comfortable seating, spacious poolside terraces, equipped with sunloungers and surrounded by landscaped gardens. Exterior shower room. Automatic entrance gate and parking space on the villa driveway.
The rectangular swimming pool measures approximately 4.5 metres x 9 metres. At the shallow end the pool is 1.00 metres and the deep end measures 1.70 metres. The pool can be heated by gas for a weekly supplemental charge upon prior request.

Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Buganvilia Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.
