Villa Galeao is a luxury 5 bedroom villa with private pool. Built on one level the villa has been recently renovated to a high standard. The beach, the marina and a choice of shops, restaurants, bars and recreational activities are just a few minutes’ drive away.
Living Areas
Villa Galeao has a spacious entrance hall with double doors opening into the main living area, which is a large comfortable lounge with satellite TV and wi-fi internet connection which is limited to web browsing and the checking of personal emails only. From here, and also from the dining area, patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace. The new, open plan kitchen which connects to the dining area is superbly well fitted. The kitchen has a central island unit, well-sized breakfast area and is also fitted with dishwasher, microwave, American fridge freezer, coffee maker and wine chiller. An adjacent laundry room houses the washing machine. This villa also has new floors throughout which give the villa a new feel.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation comprises a master double bedroom with en suite shower room and two further double rooms are also en-suite (one bathroom and one shower room). Another double and a twin bedroom share a shower room. All of the bathrooms have been newly fitted.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead out from the living room and dining area onto a covered terrace which overlooks the generous pool with Roman style steps. The rectangular shaped pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres. The pool patio has a built-in BBQ for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and patio furniture for 10 persons. The garden is laid mainly to lawn allowing plenty of space for games and sunbathing whilst mature trees and hedging provides privacy.
Location
The marina with shops and restaurants is approximately 2.5km from villa. The train that goes around villas stops close to villa enabling guests to get around the resort with ease.
Other Items
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa for a supplement. Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except public holidays, bedroom linen is changed weekly and bathroom towels are changed midweek.
In its recent renovation, this villa had all new electrics and an alarm system fitted.
