Overview
Villa Lake View is a rather special four bedroom property with a private swimming pool, situated in Quinta do Lago. Villa Lake View is air-conditioned, spacious and elegantly designed, overlooking a magnificent lake at the bottom of the garden.
The proximity to the lake and the stunning views are seductive and the interior of the villa continues this theme. The soft colour schemes, indoor plants and arched windows create a serene atmosphere that positively encourages relaxation.
Entrance to the property is through large double wooden doors which lead into a spacious hallway with stairs leading up to the living area and down to the sleeping accommodation. The villa is air conditioned in the living room and the bedrooms and this is included in the rate.
Living Areas
The spacious lounge is equipped with cable TV (which has a wide range of English language channels including Sky Sports), a DVD player, CD player, a fireplace and telephone. The dark wood patio doors provide a warm contrast to the marble floor, pale sofas and cream soft furnishings, making this villa a comfortable retreat at any time of the year. The villa also has wi-fi internet connection available to clients which is limited to general web browsing and the checking of your personal emails only.
There is a generous dining area with an adjacent kitchen, which has been refurbished and appliances include a large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor amenities.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the lower ground floor there are two individually styled twin bedrooms, a master double bedroom and a further double bedroom which has two twin beds made up as a double. Each room has en-suite bathroom facilities and French windows that lead to the partially covered sun-terrace.
Outside Space
The large garden is a wonderful space to enjoy the warm Portuguese weather while the water gently laps along the lakeside border. The garden is primarily laid to lawn and planted out with mature trees and pretty shrubs. There is plenty of space to sunbathe on the poolside patio and a 12m x 7m swimming pool with Roman style entry steps, which can be heated for a supplemental charge. The wonderful lakeside view can also be enjoyed from the upper terrace, as you enjoy a meal cooked on the gas barbecue, or a drink from the bar area.
Location
Only a five minute drive from the beach, shops and restaurants of Quinta do Lago and a short drive from the amenities of Vale do Lobo.
