Overview

Villa Gracinda is a very smart detached villa with private pool that occupies a prime location close to the Royal Golf Course in Vale do Lobo.

Living Areas

Terracotta tiles and contemporary soft-furnishings provide a fresh and bright atmosphere in this well-kept holiday retreat. The main living area is a very spacious open-plan lounge and dining room. There is ample seating in this room and it features a wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV. Wi-fi internet connection is available and is limited to web browsing and the checking of personal emails only.

The open-plan fitted kitchen with granite worktops includes an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The master double bedroom is decorated in a modern, minimalistic style; the room benefits from an en-suite bathroom and patio doors that lead to a terrace, with views over open countryside. Two of the twin bedrooms also have en-suite shower rooms and the third twin is served by a separate full bathroom. All bedrooms have been refurbished and are tastefully decorated. Sleeping accommodation can be air conditioned, on request, for a supplemental charge in July and August and there are fitted wardrobes in each of the four bedrooms.

Outside Space

Patio doors open onto a generous covered terrace suitable for outdoor meals; the built-in gas barbecue is perfect for cooking ‘al fresco’ on warm nights. Beyond the covered terrace is an expansive patio which provides plenty of space to sunbathe and relax and a 9m x 5m (approx.) rectangular pool to cool off in, there is pool fencing around the pool however this can be removed if not required. The landscaped garden is laid to lawn and flanked by mature trees.

Location

The property is only a short stroll from the golden beach and the bars and restaurants of the ‘Praca’ area. This villa has been refurbished to a high standard.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service five days per week, bedroom linen, bathroom towels and pool towels. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
