Villa Delfina is a spacious two bedroom end linked villa with private pool, in a superb location. This high quality property's pool is south facing so it gets lots of sunshine all day and into the evening.
Living Areas
The property opens into a hallway with cloakroom and leads to a bright open-plan living space. The living room, with dining area, is tastefully furnished and features an extendable glass dining table, black leather sofas, fireplace, satellite television, DVD player, CD player and wi-fi internet connection which is limited to general web browsing and the checking of personal emails only.
The fully-fitted kitchen opens up next to the dining area and is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The two bedrooms are situated in a corridor leading off the main living space. The south facing master bedroom has air conditioning, double patio doors leading directly to the polside terrace and a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom also has air conditioning and an en-suite shower room. The sleeping arrangements in this villa are flexible, as beds can be made up as either doubles, singles or a combination of both.
Outside Space
Patio doors open from the lounge to a partially covered terrace, which has a barbeque and new exterior furniture, sunloungers and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is plenty of space to sunbathe around the private swimming pool (measuring approximately 3 metres x 6 metres) on the pretty patio, which is planted out with shrubs and flowers. There is a little gate in the patio wall that leads to the lawns surrounding the property.
Location
Only a short walk from the magnificent Vale do Lobo beach, and the bars and restaurants of the fashionable 'Praca'.

Rates include a regular maid cleaning service, bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and the air-conditioning to both bedrooms.
All utility charges are Included in June, July, August and September and charged at cost price for bookings outside of these dates.
