Overview

Villa Longa is a delightful 4 bedroom villa with heatable pool and childrens play area, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac location of Vale do Lobo.

Living Areas

An entrance hall, with guest cloakroom, gives access to a spacious lounge/dining room with wood burning fireplace, satellite TV, CD player and patio doors to the covered terrace, pool and garden. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher etc. and there is a separate laundry room for the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms are air conditioned(included in rental cost). On the ground floor, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and upstairs there are two twin bedrooms, served by a separate bathroom and a further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

Below, the pretty garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and shrubs; there is a children’s play area with a swing. The 9m x 5m kidney-shaped pool (supplement for pool heating), which has a shallow end and a 2m deep end, has an adjoining sun terrace which connects it to the villa’s covered terrace.

A BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine.

Location

Less than 10 minutes stroll from the beach and the shops, cafes and restaurants of the Praca.
