Villa dos Santos is a superb, spacious four bedroom villa with heated pool located in the Vale do Garrao adjacent to Vale do Lobo. Villa dos Santos has been beautifully built and finished. Built on two floors, the ground floor consists of the spacious open plan living/dining room; kitchen; guest cloakroom and bedrooms one and two. Bedrooms three and four are located on the first floor of the property.
Living Areas
The main living space features contemporary furnishings and artworks, and has a fireplace, satellite TV with freeview channels, Playstation 2, CD and DVD players, and patio doors opening onto the partially covered terrace. The dining area is air conditioned. Double doors open into the well equipped fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, fridge freezer, gas hobs & oven and there is also a breakfast area for informal meals.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is divided between the ground and first floors. Downstairs, there is one double with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs are a further two double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. Both have en suite bathrooms and separate sun terraces. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area with safe.
Outside Space
In the garden is a rectangular pool with Roman style steps and a generous pool terrace; a gas BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine. Pool towels are provided at this property for your convenience.
