Living Areas
This well appointed villa combines comfort with convenience and a few additional features besides. Entry is via a spacious entrance hall, which gives access to the guest cloakroom and the generous main living area, which lends itself perfectly to a large party or family. The elegant lounge has patio doors leading to the covered terrace, and an additional sitting area. This is both attractive and functional with a feature fireplace, beamed ceiling and cable TV with a wide range of channels, including Sky Sports; a DVD player and wireless internet connection which is limited to general web browsing and the checking of personal emails only. The farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes dryer etc. There is a good-sized breakfast area integral to the kitchen and also a separate dining room adjacent for more formal dining.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation comprises four twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, some of which have patio door access to the exterior. On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms which share the use of two separate adjacent bathrooms. On the first floor, you have the master double bedroom which has a sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower unit; on this floor there is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share the use of the separate adjacent bathroom.
Outside Space
Outside the gardens have been laid to lawn and attractively landscaped to include trees, shrubs and plenty of terraced areas - including a delightful courtyard garden with a fountain. Steps lead down from the villa to the poolside and a 12m x 6m pool with Roman style steps and can be heated for a supplemental charge. The shallow end of the pool measures 0.80 metres in depth and the deep end 2.40 metres. A charcoal BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and there is a delightful roof terrace which not only provides additional space for sunbathing but also hosts a lake aspect and views out to the ocean.
