Overview

Apartment Rosana is an attractive two bedroom apartment located in the exclusive Vale do Lobo resort.

The tastefully furnished apartment is decorated in a contemporary style, with modern features in the bathrooms and kitchen. It is tiled throughout, which helps to keep the inside cool during the hot summer months, but for guests that prefer extra comfort, air conditioning is available in the living room and bedrooms (weekly supplement applies).

Living Areas

The spacious open-plan lounge/dining room incorporates a TV with freesat channels.

The modern, galley-style kitchen is very smart and is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Sleeping accommodation is spread over both levels of the apartment and both contain built-in wardrobes. On the lower level there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom; the upstairs double bedroom is served by a shower room and there is a safe and patio doors give access to a private terrace.

Outside Space

The patio doors lead from the lounge onto a terrace area, where there is a built-in charcoal barbeque and patio furniture, providing the perfect place to eat and drink ‘al fresco’.

Location

The apartment is ideally located, it is very close to the Tennis Centre and the glorious beach and the cafés, bars and restaurants of the ‘Praca’ are 15 minutes walk away. Guests of Apartment Rosana gain complementary access to the Tennis Centre’s swimming pool during their stay.
