Entrance to the property is via a spacious hallway that leads to the open-plan living/dining room. The contemporary décor in the lounge is a refreshing trend that extends throughout the property. The living area features a flat screen satellite TV, wood-burning fireplace, comfortable sofas and a white-washed wooden dining table. The dining area with serving hatch is adjacent to a modern fitted kitchen which is well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave, etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation is spread over the two floors in this property. The two twin bedrooms on the ground floor are served by a full bathroom with separate shower. Up a winding marble staircase, the master bedroom benefits from air conditioning, (which is included at no extra charge) and a full en-suite bathroom with separate shower and double sinks. Patio doors open onto a roof terrace, which provides the perfect spot for private sunbathing and features smart, black wicker tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Outside Space
At the other end of the living space, double patio doors give access to a covered patio area with a smart white wooden dining table and chairs and a barbeque; the perfect spot for cooking and eating ‘al fresco’. There is plenty of space to sunbathe on the pretty poolside patio, with views over Tennis Valley and access via a gate in the patio wall, to a grassed area beside the tennis courts.

It is situated close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and within easy walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of the popular 'Praca' and the magnificent golden beach.
