Overview

Villa Duque in Quinta do Lago is a unique 3 bedroom villa with private pool. It is built around a charming indoor garden, is comfortably furnished both inside and out and is surrounded by extensive gardens and a delightful rockery. This is the ideal all-year-round luxury villa.

Living Areas

The main living room leads off the entrance hall and is on two levels, the dining area occupying the upper floor. Two steps takes you down into the spacious lounge which has cable TV with Sky Sports, a wood burning fireplace, a decorative alcove and plenty of comfortable seating. A smart fitted kitchen/breakfast room overlooks the indoor garden and is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher etc. There is a washing machine in the separate utility room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, served by a separate bathroom and upstairs, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

Sliding patio doors lead out from the lounge onto the large terrace which has a pergola and on the left of the building there is a covered terrace. Turn right instead and you will find a charming circular patio area with built-in barbecue, seating and tables where a profusion of flowering creepers almost hiding the structure and providing shade from the Algarve sunshine. The attractive pool is approximately 10m x 5m with Roman style steps (1.00 metre in depth at the shallow end and 2.50 metres at the deep end) and set in a large garden, which is laid to lawn with shrubs and trees, predominantly pines.

Location

Quinta do Lago is a prestigious resort with first class beaches and of course first class golfing facilities. All courses have golfing academies, putting greens, first class driving ranges and pro-shops. Within a short drive many other facilities can be found such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing. After a busy day, relax in your villa or head out to the fine selection of restaurants and bars within the resort.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and the bedrooms for a weekly supplemental charge.

There is an alarm and a safe provided, and rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
