The property is air conditioned throughout and is in pristine condition and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends.

Access to the apartment is via 15 steps from the parking space. You enter the apartment into the air conditioned living/dining room which is well furnished and has a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a hi-fi. Patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbeque and outdoor dining furniture, and views to the mountains and over the resort to the Mar Menor beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and patio doors to the terrace. It has an en-suite full bathroom plus additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
