Guests of this new luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment have the choice of using the two outdoor or one indoor community pools. The property is in pristine condition throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends, and Sun-hat clients staying here are entitled to La Manga golf and sports rights.
Living Areas
Access to the apartment is via 15 steps from the parking space. You enter the apartment into the spacious air conditioned living/dining room which is well furnished, and has a fireplace, satellite TV and a hi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
From the living room, pass through an arch to the bedroom area, where we find the master bedroom which has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. It has an en-suite full bathroom plus additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share use of the additional shower room with twin wash basins. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside Space
Patio doors lead to a terrace with a barbeque and stunning views across to the community pool, the mountains and resort to the Mar Menor beyond.
Other Items
All properties in La Manga Club feature 'Club TV' which has lots of English satellite channels including sports.
Please note that the Monte Verde indoor pool is not heated during the summer months, between the 1st June and middle of September each year.
