Guests can enjoy use of the community swimming pool and gardens. Easy access with only 4 steps from the covered shared car port, although there is a large number of stairs inside the property.

The property has 3 levels, but the ground floor just has the entrance hall. Once inside, descend steps to the lower level where you will find a large kitchen with dining table and chairs. It is fully equipped with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to a small terrace/drying area. Next door is the spacious lounge/dining room, divided by a central fireplace. The lounge is complete with satellite TV, DVD/video player and iPod docking station. Patio doors lead to a very large terrace with views over the community pool and to the Mar Menor in the distance. Here we have a gas barbeque and outdoor dining facilities, or just relax on the sun loungers.

The dining room has a hi-fi and telephone and also has patio doors leading to the terrace. Off the dining room is the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the large terrace. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on this floor. Descend another set of stairs and arrive at the large utility room with an additional washing machine and tumble dryer. A door leads to a small terrace/drying area. Next door is an enormous playroom/2nd lounge, complete with fireplace, satellite TV, pool table and table soccer game. This room also has 2 double sofa-beds for last minute guests. Patio doors lead to a small garden area overlooking the community pool. The two bedrooms on this floor are extremely spacious and both contain twin beds. One of these bedrooms has a full en-suite bathroom. The other has use of the additional separate shower room.
