There is a 9m x 4.5m pool, (1.00 metres in depth at the shallow end and 2.00 metres at the deep end) which can be heated for a supplement. There is plenty of space for sunbathing on the poolside terrace and a built-in traditional barbecue.

Less than 10 minutes walk to the Beach and Praca with its restaurants, cafes and bars.
