Villa Formosa Vista in Quinta do Lago is a superb 6 bedroom villa in an outstanding location with views down to the Ria Formosa and out to the ocean. The property has been fully refurbished to a high standard in 2008. The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people over 3 levels, and in addition to the grand staircases there is also an interior elevator between floors. There is air conditioning throughout and pool heating is available.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with cloakroom. A spacious sitting room leads out to the extensive terraces and the pool area. There is also a formal dining room, and large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast room and a separate Television Lounge with cable TV.

The sleeping accommodation begins on the ground floor, with a double room with adjacent bathroom and a twin room with en suite. Ascending to the first floor you will find the extensive master bedroom suite, bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower room, dressing room, TV and large terrace overlooking the Ria Formosa and the ocean. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and both leading out to a balcony.

On the lower ground floor there is the Games Room, with Cable TV, snooker table, Gym and Sauna (there is a supplement payable if the sauna is required). There is also a twin bedroom, with no window, suitable teenagers or staff, with en suite shower room.

Outside, as well as the magnificent views you can also enjoy the large terraces, private heated pool approximately 15m x 8m, Gas BBQ and landscaped gardens.
