This impressive villa is set back on a large plot and has its own garage. Ceilings throughout are high and, on admission to the entrance hall, the initial impression is one of space and tranquillity. The large L-shaped split-level living room has great character, which has been achieved through close attention to detail and the use of hand picked, traditionally styled furnishings. A telephone is provided and the lounge area has a wood burning stove and satellite TV, with an elegant dining area occupying the lower level. The spacious kitchen, with an island unit and breakfast area, is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine etc.

To the rear, French windows span the living room, giving access to an expansive pool terrace and there is a barbecue to make the most of this magnificent outdoor environment. The swimming pool itself is a rectangular 12m x 5m with Roman style steps and is flanked by a beautifully landscaped garden, laid to lawn with mature trees and flowering shrubs.

Bedroom accommodation has polished wood floors throughout. The master bedroom on the first floor has an en suite bath/shower room and a long balcony overlooking the pool and garden. There is also a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor, the remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor and are also twin-bedded, each with an en suite bathroom. There is a separate guest cloakroom.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 5 days per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Full air conditioning is available, on payment of supplement.
