Entry is via a spacious entrance hall, which gives access to the guest cloakroom and the generous main living area, which lends itself perfectly to large party or family occupation. The elegant lounge has patio doors leading to the covered terrace, and an additional sitting area, both attractive and functional with feature fireplace, beamed ceiling and cable TV.

A BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and, for indoor cooking, the farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, clothes dryer etc. There is a good-sized breakfast area integral to the kitchen and also a separate dining room adjacent.

Sleeping accommodation comprises three twin bedrooms and three double bedrooms, some of which have patio door access to the exterior. The master double bedroom has a sitting area and two bedrooms have en suite bath or shower room facilities, the other bedrooms being served by two separate bathrooms and one separate shower room.

Outside the gardens have been laid to lawn and attractively landscaped to include trees, shrubs and plenty of terraced area - including a delightful courtyard garden with a fountain. Steps lead down from the villa to the poolside and a 12m x 6m pool with Roman style steps. The roof terrace provides additional space for sunbathing, with a lake aspect and views out to the ocean.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 5 days per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air-conditioning is available for a supplement.
