Villa Casa do Ocaso with its fantastic sea views has one of the most enviable positions within Vale do Lobo, situated on the top of a headland between the 14th hole of the Ocean golf course and the Praca, the sea views are fantastic. The property is just a 3 minute walk from the Praca and you can access the beach directly from the garden.

The property faces due south and is constructed on two levels, the villa offers everything you need for a relaxing break - all the features necessary for luxury modern living plus a great location next to the beach.

The large entrance hall has a cloakroom and leads to a spacious, comfortable lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, CD player. There is a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc

Sleeping accommodation is on two levels and consists of: A master bedroom with Super king size double bed, balcony with fabulous sea views and en suite facilities; 3 twin bedrooms one with en suite facilities and two sharing a bathroom. The fifth bedroom is a twin with en suite facilities and has direct access to the upper level private balcony.

The master bedroom and fifth bedroom are on the upper level, and the three twin bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Outside there is a large heated swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m, a covered terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a built-in barbecue. The pool patio and garden area laid to lawn provides plenty of room for sunbathing. The garden is flanked by shrubs and bushes and there are steps leading down to the beach.

The property is equipped with air conditioning which is available if required for a supplemental cost of £100 per week. Pool heating is available at a supplemental cost of £22 per day.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
