Casa Concha is a fully airconditioned well appointed 4 bedroom villa with a pool and a lovely big garden. A super property, in a central location of Vale do Lobo, the golden beach and the Praca are within easy walking distance.

This villa is built on two levels and has recently undergone some renovation. The main living space is a comfortably furnished ground floor sitting room with a dining area and there is satellite TV, video player, radio and tape deck provided. The villa has a log burning fireplace, making it an ideal all-year-round holiday retreat. A Digital Safe has recently been installed in the property.

Patio doors lead out onto a ground level sun terrace with electric canopy and there is also a roof terrace for private sunbathing. The oval pool is both attractive and unusual, measuring 9m x 4.5m, with Roman style steps; a barbecue has been built in for outdoor cuisine and there is plenty of space to eat, relax and enjoy the lovely garden, which is laid to lawn with trees, shrubs and flowering plants.

For indoor cooking, a new kitchen with granite work tops has been fitted, it includes the usual modern conveniences, such as a microwave and a dishwasher, the washing machine being housed separately in an outdoor laundry area. One of the four bedrooms, a twin, is located on the ground floor and benefits from a new en suite bathroom. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. The villa also has an alarm.

Upstairs, there are three further twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom/shower facilities.

Air conditioning is available in throughout the Villa at a supplemental charge.
