The Villa Pinal Velho is a stunning property situated in an exclusive new development in the heart of Vilamoura close to the prestigious Victoria golf course with a few minutes drive of the facilities of this vibrant resort with its Marina area and Restaurants.

The Villa was completed in 2007 and is first available for rentals in 2008; the spacious modern layout is complemented by crème, white and beige interiors and a stone effect wall finishing.

The electric gates lead to a private driveway and parking area; and main door to the property leading to an internal hallway; off to your right you will find 4 bedrooms all are with en-suite facilities - the Master bedroom having his and hers bathrooms; downstairs there is a laundry room and 5th bedroom with ensuite facilities - this room would be suitable for a nanny or teenagers; and to the left is the kitchen dining room; straight ahead is a capacious lounge with three distinct areas - sitting room area - TV / music with Bang and Olufsen equipment area - and a card table and reading area.

Patio doors lead outside to the garden with swimming pool and relaxing sun loungers and sun shades.

The Kitchen is modern and very well equipped to meet the highest standards of the most demanding of chefs, with everything you may need; the kitchen leads to a dining room with seperate access to the covered terrace with outside dining table and chairs.

The bedroom accommodation consists of a master bedroom with super king size bed, which is a 2 bathroom suite with TV room. The individual private bathrooms to the master bedroom are tastefully decorated and equipped with jacuzzi baths; one with separate double shower room.

The other 3 bedrooms on this level are 2 twins together and one standard twin each has ensuite facilities. The 5th bedroom is on the basement level also with ensuite facilities.

The fixtures, furniture and finishing in this villa are of the highest standard and it therefore represents very good value for money.

Maid cleaning service is 5 days per week and bedroom linen is changed weekly and bathroom towels are changed twice weekly.

Air Conditioning is avbailable at a supplemental cost of £100 per week.
