below relates to the company Sun-hat Limited. Any reference to "you" or "your"
includes you as the customer and member of your group and any business on behalf of which you use our

If any of our material is used by third parties without our written permission we reserve the right to invoice them at a rate of £250 per item per day.

time you come to book your holiday or travel arrangements. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the
accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must

Sun-hat Booking Conditions
Our purchase and booking conditions contain some limitations and exclusions of our liability to any
person(s) who books and/or takes any of our holidays and/or travel arrangements. There are
Cancellation and amendment charges payable if a booking or other purchase is either cancelled or
amended after it has been confirmed.

The use of this Website is subject to these terms and conditions. We will exercise reasonable care in
compiling our site and take the steps set out in our Privacy Policy to
endeavour to secure any personal data and credit card information you give us.
