Villa Valados is recently renovated, four bedroom property with a private pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). Occupying an idyllic hillside position with far reaching views over the Algarve countryside to the sea, the villa is a haven for those who yearn for the peace and tranquillity of wide open spaces, but don’t want to sacrifice convenience as this villa is still within easy driving distance of all amenities. The airport at Faro and the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago are only a 15-20 minutes drive away. The new Mar shopping complex and designer outlet are on your doorstep.

Living Areas

Enter into the bright open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with amazing countryside views, complete with a wall mounted Smart flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels), comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning and triple patio doors which open onto the pool side terrace. Please bring your own log-in codes to access Netflix etc.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric oven and grill, microwave, American style fridge freezer, extractor fan, washing machine, dryer, juicer and a dishwasher. There is a kitchen table with seating for six people. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the pool side terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening onto the pool side terrace. Both bedrooms one and two share the separate family bathroom with a walk in shower.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with amazing views over the Algarve countryside. Bedroom four is the master double room with a flat screen TV showing international cable channels (including some English language channels), split unit air conditioning, dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with a fantastic views of the Algarve countryside. Further patio doors open onto a large private balcony for the master suite furnished with two sunbeds and a parasol.

Outside Space

The pool with steps entry measures approximately 13m x 4m, and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The terrace is complete with six sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine and there is a parasol for shade. There is a partially covered area with a table and seating for eight people and a further shaded area with comfy sofa seating and chairs. A pathway to the side of the villa takes you to the back of the property where there is a landscaped area with trees, flowers and shrubs. There is a shaded area with a charcoal BBQ and a table with bench seating and stunning views to Faro and beyond.

Location

Villa Valados is within easy driving distance to Mar shopping, a brand new complex with shops, eateries, cinema, designer outlet and much more. The town of Santa Barbara is also nearby. The airport at Faro and the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago are only a 15-20 minutes drive away. Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are in the area, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air-conditioning, Wi-fi internet, pool towels and a hairdryer are included in the rental rate.
