Casa Vale do Milho is a lovely four bedroom villa with private pool situated close to Vale do Milho Golf Club, and just a short driving distance from the centre of Carvoeiro and a large selection of restaurants, shops and bars. This villa is perfect for families and has what is reputed to be one of the largest private swimming pools in Carvoeiro!

This beautifully decorated four bedroom, single floor villa is situated in the residential area of Vale do Milho, only a stones throw from Vale do Milho Golf Club. The villa benefits from an extensive terrace with ample sun loungers, a brick built BBQ, and a large al-fresco dining table & chairs overlooking the gardens and large swimming pool.

Living Areas

There is a bright and airy open plan lounge/ dining room overlooking the pool, equipped with freeview satellite channels; VCR and DVD Player; music centre; air conditioning and a log burner. Wireless internet connection is available upon request. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, pool and surrounding gardens.

The fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped and appliances include a fridge freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hobs, and a dishwasher. There is also a small courtyard housing the washing machine and laundry drying area. There is also a separate guest cloakroom next door to kitchen.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The bedrooms consist of four twin bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Three of the bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the poolside terrace. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms - one with a combined bath & shower, the other ensuite has a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with double hand basins, and a combined bath & shower.

Outside Space

Outside, the huge swimming pool measures 16m x 8m, with roman steps and is reputed to be one of the largest in Carvoeiro! The pool is split into three distinct sections, with the deep end measuring 3.00 metres in depth, the middle of the pool measuring 1.90 metres in depth and the shallow end measuring 1.15 metres.The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool is saltwater so is a cleaner and more friendly experience than chlorine.

The villa has a useful adjacent outside shower, plenty of sun loungers and a dining table with a pull down canopy for shading that is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. From the secluded roof terrace you can enjoy magnificent far reaching views of the Atlantic Ocean and Vale do Milho countryside.

Location

There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a short drive away (or a healthy stroll) in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa, is lso just a few minutes’ drive. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoomarine for the whole family is within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre is also 20 minutes drive away.

Car hire is recommended for this villa, there are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the main beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho and Albandeira beaches. Centianes beach is approximately 15 minutes walk away. The coastline in this region is spectacular, with great views and great cliff walks.

Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho courses) is a 10 minute drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive.

Other Items

All bed linen and towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. A mid-week maid/cleaning service is provided.
