The Encosta do Lago complex features a large communal pool, gymnasium, spa, floodlit tennis courts and an exclusive restaurant, in addition to offering luxurious self catering accommodation with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, including apartments with private gardens or with a private heated pool, and top floor apartments with spacious balconies.
Accommodation
The one bedroom apartments are suitable for 2 adults (main bedroom with a double bed). Bedroom one is a double room with a safe, flat screen TV with cable channels, doors to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins. There is also an additional guest cloakroom.
The two-bedroom apartments are suitable for up to 4 adults (main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds). Bedroom one is a double room with a flat screen TV with cable channels, doors to the balcony and an en suite bathroom with double wash basins. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom.
The three-bedroom apartments are suitable for up to 6 adults, (suite with a double bed, second bedroom either with a double or two single beds and the third bedroom with two single beds). Bedroom one is a double room with a safe, flat screen TV with cable channels, doors to terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit. Bedroom two is a twin or double room with a flat screen TV with cable channels, en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace. Bedroom three is a twin room with an en suite bathroom with shower unit. Outside Space
The top floor apartments benefit from a spacious balcony.
There are two types of ground floor apartments. You can opt for a spacious private garden or a private pool, which measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. A couple of pool apartments come with a child pool gate, these apartments can be requested and are subject to availability.

Encosta do Lago Resort
At the heart of Encosta do Lago is a beautiful outdoor pool and bar area adjoining Tucano’s.
The pool itself covers an area the size of two tennis courts, with an island in the centre linked by three wooden bridges. With a separate children’s splash area and a walk-in shallow end, parents can relax in the knowledge their little ones are safe. Pool bar attendants will also assist with sun beds and sunshades.
The bar is open from June to September, offering a varied selection of fruit smoothies, beers, cocktails, coffee, water, ice creams and snacks served in the shade near the bar or brought to you on your sun bed.
Tucano's Restaurant
Set in tropical gardens by the main pool there is nowhere quite like Tucano's Restaurant. One of the best reviewed restaurants in Quinta do Lago the food, ambience and professional waiting staff allow you to eat, relax and be merry at a reasonable price.
Location
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches.
