Overview
Town House Hortela is a lovely newly decorated house, refurbished up to a high specification. It is located in the heart of Pinheiros Altos estate and features air conditioning in the bedrooms, a private garden terrace with a charcoal BBQ and much more.
Guests staying at this property are entitled to use the nearby communal resort pool as well as receiving discounted green fees at the Pinheiros Altos golf course.
Living Areas
The comfortable lounge has wi-fi and a flat screen TV with Lazer cable channels (which have a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports).
The dining area shares the same space with a table and chairs for six people. Double patio doors lead out to the terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, gas Bosch hobs, toaster, kettle, juicer, fridge freezer and coffee maker.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
All the bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom one is a air conditioned double room leading out to the front balcony overlooking the entrance. Bedroom two again is air conditioned and has two twin beds and doors to the front balcony.
Bedrooms one and two share the use of the family bathroom with shower.
Bedroom three is the master double bedroom, it is air conditioned, it has ample wardrobe space and a dressing area with doors opening on the terrace over the back patio. Bedroom three has it's own en suite bathroom with double vanities.
Outside Space
Double patio doors lead from the lounge to the terrace which is perfect for al-fresco dining with the charcoal BBQ. A couple of sun loungers are provided for sunbathing.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches as well as Val do Lobo with offers more choices of restaurants and entertainment.
Other Items
During Premium and High season, price would include daily maid service (Monday to Friday) 1,5hours. Linen and towel change would be weekly (therefore only rentals of two weeks would have change).
Maid service on all other dates: 3 times a week.
