Casa Verde is an impressive two bedroom linked townhouse situated on the charming and peaceful condominium of Quinta Formosa, where you can enjoy beautiful views overlooking the Pinheiros Altos golf course in Quinta do Lago and the nearby Ria Formosa. Living Areas
The modern design kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with appliances including a toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, electric hobs, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and juicer.
The open plan air conditioned living/dining room features a dining table and 8 chairs, comfy sofas, flat screen TV with a range of international and English language cable channels supplied by Meo and a there is also a Bluetooth speaker so you stream your favourite music from your smart device. Double patio doors lead to the terrace. Next to the entrance hallway is a bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, a/c, a wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and the use of the adjacent family bathroom with double vanities and hairdryer.
Bedroom two is the master suite, with a/c, separate dressing area, double bed, TV, an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a hairdryer and doors to the terrace with table and chairs and golf views.
Outside Space
Casa Verde has a lovely private lawn garden area with golf views and a terrace with exterior dining table and gas BBQ, comfy seating area and 2 sun loungers. Quinta Formosa also benefits from a lovely communal pool, kids paddling pool and terrace area with sun loungers.
Location
Quinta Formosa is located in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago, so amenities such as beaches, golf, the lake with water sports, restaurants, supermarkets and the Quinta shopping centre are only a short drive away.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and linen (changed weekly). Hairdryers and pool towels are provided for your convenience.
