The town houses are located on three floors (triplex) with the garage underneath, the entrance is accessed by eight steps. Security and wi-fi throughout are just a couple of extras included to name but a few.

Each of the townhouses have three bedrooms however can they be rented as a one bedroom or a two bedroom property.
The town houses have a stylish comfortable air conditioned lounge with dining area suitable for 6 people. The flat screen TV offers a full package of channels including Sky Sports, BBC1, BBC2, ITV etc. Patio doors lead out to an open terrace with tables and chairs and access to the communal garden area.
A fully equipped kitchen is available at your disposable with the following included:- oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. The washing machine is located on the lower level.
Bedroom one is on the entrance level, it has air conditioning and is a twin bedded room with ample double wardrobe space. Outside the double patio doors is a lovely open terrace space. This bedroom has access to this levels bathroom with shower.
Bedroom two upstairs, is the master bedroom, it has a double bed, air conditioning with double wardrobes. It has an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Electric shutters and patio doors lead to a balcony with chairs, perfect for some more relaxing.
Bedroom three is on the lowest level, and is air conditioned with two single beds. It has an en suite shower room. It also has access to the outside area via a stairwell. The room benefits from natural light via the glass door leading to the stairwell. Outside stairs lead to the garden area.
Beautiful manicured gardens and views over to the communal pool from your terrace gives the feeling of space. Private outside dining table and chairs offer a perfect scene for alfresco dining. The pool has an Área: 148m2 and the dimensions are: 1.70m x 1.60m x 1.40m x 1.20m
The Crest is located 10 minutes from the historical city of Loulé. Within another 10 minute drive is the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, famed for it's magnificent golf course and beaches. Within short driving distance from the Crest are a number of renowned local restaurants and the nearby town of Almancil has all the facilities that you would need including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes, restaurants and banks
Rates include a kids club in July and August, from ages 3 up to 12 years old and is free of charge, children's stair guards if requested, maid service (6 times a week - not on Sundays, with towels changed three times a week and linen changed twice a week). Pool towels, hairdryer and garage space for two cars is provided for your convenience.
The one bedroom town houses are exactly the same as the three bedroom town houses although you will have access to only one bedroom and bathroom, however all the other amenities are available to you in the house.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
