The combined air conditioned lounge and diner has been well thought out in every detail, the interior has been designed by the Portuguese designer Isabel Pires de Lima providing quality throughout. The lounge has a flat screen TV which offers a full package of channels including Sky Sports, BBC1, BBC2, ITV etc. The table and chairs in the dining area sets the scene for any glamorous dinner party. Patio doors lead out to a wonderful outdoor space perfect for alfresco dining with quality tables and chairs provided. The kitchen shares the same balcony with stairs leading down to the pool area.
A fully equipped kitchen is available at your disposable with the following included:- oven, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, the washing machine is located on the lower level.
Bedroom one has a double bed on the entrance level with air conditioning and ample wardrobe space. The patio doors lead out to a separate balcony with stairs to the pool area. This bedroom has as an adjacent bathroom.
Bedrooms two and three are upstairs and are air conditioned twin bedded rooms which the beds can be made up as a double on request. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom. It has it's own large balcony with seating up to three people and fantastic views.
Bedroom three is next door, with an air conditioned twin bedroom which again can be made as a double upon request, this has an perfectly sized balcony overlooking the entrance of the villa. This bedroom also has an en suite shower room.
Bedroom four is a double bedded room (can be made up as two single beds upon request) on the lower level offering a generous space to relax in, it has air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. it has a shower room next door. A fantastic feature of this bedroom is to be able to walk straight out to the pool area.

The Crest villa is located 10 minutes from the historical city of Loulé. Within another 10 minute drive is the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, famed for it's magnificent golf course and beaches. Within short driving distance from the Crest are a number of renowned local restaurants and the nearby town of Almancil has all the facilities that you would need including supermarkets, chemists, shops, cafes, restaurants and banks. The new Mar Shopping centre is also 10 minutes drive away.
Rates include garage space for two cars, children activities in July and August, children's stair guards if requested, maid service (6 times a week - not on Sundays, with towels changed three times a week and linen changed twice a week). Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Please note guests staying in the private villas are unable to use the comunal resort pool.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2021 bookings are based on 2020 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2020 when contracts are signed.
