Villa Barbara is a beautiful four bedroom villa with private pool located on the picturesque Pinheiros Altos estate in Quinta do Lago. With generous outdoor space, air conditioning throughout, Wi-fi internet, cable TV with a wide range of English language channels. Villa Barbara is a perfect villa for you to relax on your family villa holiday in the Algarve.

This four bedroom villa sleeps up to 10 persons with the use of the office pull-out double sofa bed- the office has an en suite bathroom.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern, spacious and well equipped with appliances including an Expresso coffee machine, a cooker with 6 gas hobs, two ovens and two warming drawers, a thermomixer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer and double sinks. Off the kitchen is the bright and airy breakfast room with a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a full satellite package, a high marble table and six stools and a further large dining table with seating for eight people. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool and double patio doors open onto a covered dining area and garden. The utility room is adjacent to the kitchen and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.

The office has a desk and in the wardrobe there is a pull out double bed, en suite shower room and a small sauna. There is a guest cloakroom in the entrance foyer. The TV room has a wall mounted smart, flat screen TV with Netflix (bring your own log-in password) full satellite package & Amazon prime (again bring your own log-in), a DVD player, split unit air conditioning, two x two seater comfy leather sofas. The lounge is large with an L shaped white leather sofa, split unit air conditioning and triple patio doors opening to the poolside bar area with two stools and a flat screen TV showing the full satellite package.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room room with fitted wardrobes, a large digital safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors off the bedroom open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a double room with a smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Upstairs to bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is a Super king with fitted wardrobes, smart flat screen TV showing showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with a sofa and two chairs and a small gym with machines including a power plate, elliptical walking mill and free weights. Bedroom four is a Super king with fitted wardrobes, a smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, patio doors open onto a private balcony. En suite full bathroom with double vanities, a heated towel rail and a private balcony.

Outside Space

There is a beautiful covered seating area with a gas log fire and comfy rattan sofas, and the mature surrounding garden is laid to lawn. The poolside sun terrace is complete with eight sun loungers, three parasols & a swivel parasol. A wooden Tepee overlooks the 1st hole of Pinheiros Altos golf course and has far reaching views of the Algarve countryside. There is a further seating area with a table and six chairs. The pool side terrace has a circular sofa seating area mirroring the tepee views. The jacuzzi sits next to the pool, the pool measures approx.10m x 5m. The covered eating area with a ceiling fan is complete with a table and seating for ten people and an extra high top table seating a further six people. There is both a gas BBQ with a warming draw and a charcoal BBQ, to cook your al fresco meals, a food preparation area with a sink and a fridge.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

Air conditioning and internet are included in the rental rate. Maid service Mon-Fri with a midweek towel change and a weekly changeover of bed linen and towel change. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
